- ThermoformingThe core process at our Philippine plant: sheet heated, drawn down against the tool and trimmed, in thin and thick gauge.
- Sheet extrusion on siteThe plastic factory extrudes its own sheet, so the material your part is formed from is made in the same building rather than bought in.
- Multilayer & ESD sheetAlcami's extrusion runs multilayer ABA, AB and BA structures in most standard polymers, and can carry ESD properties or recycled content.
- Film conversion & assemblyPlastic film precision-cut to length for insulators and electronic or medical components, with slitting and punching, then assembly and packing before parts leave.
- DI washingDeionized washing runs in the Philippines, through spray and ultrasonic lines. Alcami's DI water is produced in-house at 16 MΩ resistivity, filtered to 0.1 micron.
- Group tooling, CNC & test labMolds and jigs designed, CAM-programmed and cut in-house by the group, with UV, drop, vibration, salt spray, ESD, CMM and LPC, FTIR and IC cleanliness testing behind your part.

- Cleanroom productionAlcami molds in Class 10,000 / ISO 7 conditions for medical, food-contact and precision electronics parts. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm which plant runs it.
- DI washing & sealed packingUltra-pure deionized washing, then double-sealed or vacuum packing so parts reach your line as clean as they left ours.
- ISO 9001 · 14001 · 22000Certified quality, environmental and food-safety management. Certificate copies supplied for your supplier file on request.
- Verified before it shipsCMM measurement and LPC, FTIR and IC cleanliness testing happen inside the group, so problems surface with us rather than at your goods-in.

The plant sits in Light Industry and Science Park III, a PEZA-accredited economic zone in Santo Tomas, Batangas — a location Alcami describes as giving it streamlined logistics and export-ready operations.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Tell us when you are in Batangas and we will arrange the visit. If you want to start sooner, send the part first and we will come back with the process, the tooling cost and the cost per part, then show you where it would be made when you come.
Is the factory certified?
The group holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000. Ask and we will send certificate copies for your supplier qualification file.
Can you make cleanroom parts for customers in the Philippines?
Yes. Alcami molds in Class 10,000 / ISO 7 cleanrooms and carries out final checking and packing under Class 100 conditions, washing parts with deionized water from its own plant at 16 MΩ resistivity filtered to 0.1 micron. Tell us the cleanliness requirement and we will confirm which plant would run your part.
What testing can Alcami do in-house?
Testing in-house covers UV chamber, weatherability, drop, vibration, salt spray and ESD, plus CMM measurement for dimensional verification and LPC, FTIR and IC testing for cleanliness. Checking parts in the same group that made them removes a round trip to an external lab.
Which materials can the plastic factory run?
For extruded sheet and thermoforming, most standard polymers including PS, PP and HDPE, plus specialty grades and multilayer ABA, AB and BA structures that can carry ESD properties or recycled content. For molded parts, standard polymers including PS, PP, HDPE, PC, POM and PA.
How do parts get from the factory to us?
The plant sits inside the LISP III economic zone, which is served by the STAR Tollway and the South Luzon Expressway — Metro Manila to the north, Batangas City and its international seaport to the south. Alcami describes the site as export-ready. Export and duty paperwork is handled at group level, so tell us your destination market and we will confirm what we can file for you.
