Inside the tour
- 01Thermoforming
Sheet heated, drawn down against the tool and trimmed — the forming hall from the operator's side.
- 02Injection room
Presses running in line, with parts coming off the tool and straight into inspection.
- 03Cleanroom
Gowning, the airlock, and the production side seen through the glass.
- 04Washing
Parts moving through the wash line and out to the drying and packing side.
- 05Machining & high-speed CNC
The tool room — molds, jigs and blades being cut in the same building that runs them.
- 06Test lab
Benches, chambers and the CMM where parts are checked before they ship.
Two sites in Thailand, one standard.
Alcami Manufacturing (Thailand)
693 Moo 10 Tha-Tum, Industrial Park 304, Srimahaphote 25140, Prachinburi
Our flagship hub, equipped for both cleanroom and industrial production. Thermoforming, injection molding, DI washing and CNC machining run here — and this is the plastic factory you walk through in the 360° tour. It also houses Alcami Technology.
Alcami Industries (Thailand)
64/189 Moo 4, Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluakdaeng, Rayong 21140
Home to Alcami Industries and Alcami Extrusion. Sheet extrusion, film conversion and warehousing run here, and its position on the Eastern Seaboard gives direct logistics connectivity to Bangkok and to Laem Chabang port.
Both plants belong to Alcami, a plastic manufacturer in Thailand since 2001→. Beyond Thailand the group also runs a plant in the Philippines and a sourcing & trading office in Singapore. All Alcami facilities →
The machines your part would run on.
Real capability, with real limits. If your part needs something these machines cannot do, we would rather say so while you are still choosing a supplier.
- 18 injection machines · 10–180 tonsA spread that covers small precision components through to larger casings, all under one roof.
- 7 pressure formers + 1 vacuum formerRoughly 90% of our thermoforming runs on pressure forming, for sharper detail and better finish.
- Co-extrusion linesTwo extrusion units feeding a single die for ABA, AB and BA multilayer sheet — including ESD properties and recycled content.
- 3-axis CNC · milling centers & lathesIn a range of sizes, cutting molds, jigs and technical parts — plus in-house CNC knife bending for forming blades.
- In-house DI water plant16 MΩ resistivity, filtration to 0.1 micron, feeding both spray and ultrasonic washing lines.
- Test lab on siteUV chamber, weatherability, drop, vibration, salt spray, ESD and CMM — plus LPC, FTIR and IC cleanliness testing.
Where the clean parts are made.
- Cleanroom productionForming and molding in Class 10,000 / ISO 7 conditions for medical, food-contact and precision electronics parts.
- DI washing & sealed packingUltra-pure deionized washing, then double-sealed or vacuum packing so parts reach your line as clean as they left ours.
- ISO 9001 · 14001 · 22000Certified quality, environmental and food-safety management. Certificate copies supplied for your supplier file on request.
- Verified before it shipsCMM measurement and cleanliness testing happen in the same building as production, so problems surface here rather than at your goods-in.
A factory with its own loading bay.
Warehoused with us
Storage and stock management in our own warehouses, so finished goods do not have to move to your balance sheet the day they come off the line.
Delivered on our trucks
Domestic transport on our own fleet — and for one white-goods customer, consolidating inbound deliveries through our warehouse cut customs clearances from about 30 a day to two or three.
Exported with the paperwork
We can apply for FORM D, FORM E and FORM AI certificates of origin on your behalf, and Rayong sits a short drive from Laem Chabang port.
Come and see the floor in person
The virtual tour shows you our plastic factory in Thailand, but nothing beats standing in it. Tell us when you are visiting and we will arrange the details — or send your part first and we will show you exactly where it would be made.
Where exactly are your plastic factories in Thailand?
We run two plants. Our flagship is Alcami Manufacturing at 693 Moo 10 Tha-Tum, Industrial Park 304, Srimahaphote 25140, Prachinburi. Our second site is Alcami Industries at 64/189 Moo 4, Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluakdaeng, Rayong 21140. The group also runs a plant in the Philippines and a sourcing office in Singapore.
How big are the factories, and how many people work there?
Prachinburi has around 10,000 m² of factory floor and approximately 200 people, on a 22,500 m² plot with room to expand. Rayong has around 6,400 m² of floor and approximately 80 people, on an 8,000 m² plot. That is roughly 16,400 m² of production space in Thailand.
Can I see the factory without flying to Thailand?
Yes — the 360° virtual tour walks you through the Prachinburi plant scene by scene: entrance and lobby, thermoforming, the injection room, the cleanroom, washing, machining, high-speed CNC and the test lab. It runs in your browser, with no signup.
Which processes run at which plant?
Prachinburi runs thermoforming, injection molding, DI washing and CNC machining, and it is the site equipped for cleanroom production. Rayong runs sheet extrusion, film conversion and warehousing. If your part needs several of these, they are coordinated inside one group rather than across separate suppliers.
What machines do you actually have?
18 injection molding machines spanning a 10- to 180-ton range, seven pressure forming machines alongside one vacuum former, co-extrusion lines feeding a single die, and 3-axis CNC machining with milling centers and lathes in a range of sizes. It is a real spread, but a finite one — so we will tell you honestly if your part sits outside it.
Do the factories have cleanrooms?
Yes. We form and mold in Class 10,000 / ISO 7 cleanrooms at Prachinburi, wash parts using our own deionized water plant at 16 MΩ resistivity filtered to 0.1 micron, and finish with cleanroom packing for parts that must arrive clean.
What testing can you do on site?
Our in-house lab covers UV chamber, weatherability, drop, vibration, salt spray and ESD testing, plus CMM measurement for dimensional verification and LPC, FTIR and IC testing for cleanliness. Testing your parts in the same building that made them removes a round trip to an external lab.
Are the factories certified?
The group holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000. Prachinburi is the plant equipped for cleanroom production, so cleanliness-critical work runs there. Ask and we will send certificate copies for your supplier qualification file.
How do parts get from your factory to us?
Finished goods go into our own warehouses and leave on our own trucks, so there is no third-party handover between the line and the loading bay. Rayong sits on the Eastern Seaboard, a short drive from Laem Chabang port and from Bangkok. Export and duty paperwork, including certificates of origin, is handled at group level — tell us your destination market and we will confirm what we can file for you.
Put our plastic factory to work.
Send us the part drawing and your annual volume, and we will tell you which plant and which line it would run on, what the tooling costs, and what each part costs once it does.
We reply to quote requests within 1 business day.
