One supplier, not five
Sheet, tooling, forming or molding, washing, assembly, testing, storage and delivery all sit inside the group — so there is one contract, one schedule and one company answerable for the result.
A group of six companies designing and manufacturing plastic molds, parts and casings — with a plant of around 10,000 m² in Batangas, our own sheet extrusion, our own tooling, cleanroom production and an in-house test lab.

Manufacturing for
global product brands

Alcami is an enterprise made up of six companies, manufacturing in the Philippines from our plant in Batangas. We have designed and manufactured plastic molds, parts and casings since 2001.
In the Philippines that means Alcami Industries (Philippines) Inc. — around 10,000 m² of factory floor and roughly 200 people inside the LISP III economic zone in Santo Tomas, Batangas, running thermoforming, sheet extrusion, film conversion, DI washing and assembly.
We work across electronics, healthcare, automotive and food — the industries where a supplier gets audited, and where being able to answer for every step of the process matters more than being the cheapest quote in the inbox.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000, cleanroom production and an in-house test lab — with certificate copies supplied for your supplier qualification file on request.
Manufacturing plastics since 2001, for brands that qualify their suppliers properly — with the process documentation and traceability that comes with that.
Most plastic manufacturers in the Philippines buy in sheet, buy in tooling and subcontract washing or assembly. We own those steps — which is why a change to your part is a conversation on our floor rather than a chain of purchase orders.
Two production processes, supported by the upstream and downstream services that usually mean a second and third supplier. This is the full range a plastic manufacturer in the Philippines can put behind your part.
Vacuum and pressure forming for trays, housings, panels and covers — larger parts, faster and more affordable tooling.
Thermoforming in the Philippines →Single-piece parts that repeat — casings, housings and technical components, including overmolding and insert molding.
Injection molding in the Philippines →Molds designed, CAM-programmed and machined on our own CNC equipment, in aluminium or steel — plus jigs and cutting tools.

Medical-grade components and device trays produced in cleanroom conditions, DI washed and sealed for controlled environments.
Panels, covers, technical components and handling trays, tested for UV, weathering, vibration and salt spray in our own lab.
Food-contact parts and packaging backed by ISO 22000 food-safety certification and cleanroom production where the spec calls for it.
Housings, casings and durable everyday parts — molded or formed, finished, assembled and packed ready for retail or distribution.
Dunnage, KLT inserts and automation trays that hold tolerance where a line's throughput depends on the part arriving square.
The things a procurement or quality team asks a plastic manufacturer in the Philippines before a first purchase order — answered up front.
Quality, environmental and food-safety management systems, certified and maintained. Certificate copies are supplied for your supplier file on request.
Forming and molding in Class 10,000 / ISO 7 cleanrooms, with washing and packing under cleanroom conditions for parts that must arrive clean.
UV chamber, weatherability, drop, vibration, salt spray, ESD and CMM measurement — plus LPC, FTIR and IC cleanliness testing, all under our roof.
Our own deionized water plant — 16 MΩ resistivity, filtration to 0.1 micron, feeding spray and ultrasonic washing lines.
Because sheet, tooling, production, washing and testing are ours, the process record for your part comes from one system, not five subcontractors.
Efficient material use, in-process regrind, and bio-based, biodegradable or recycled grades when your project can take them — we will suggest the options.
Certificates, process descriptions and material data for your supplier file — tell us what your quality team needs.
Buyers comparing plastic manufacturers in the Philippines tend to weigh the same three things: how close the plant sits to a port, whether the export paperwork gets filed and who they will be talking to.
Our Batangas plant sits in Light Industry and Science Park III, a PEZA-accredited ecozone served by the STAR Tollway and the South Luzon Expressway — Metro Manila to the north, Batangas City and its international seaport to the south.
Alcami describes its Philippine site as export-ready with streamlined logistics. Export and duty documentation is handled at group level — tell us the destination market and we will confirm what we can file for you.
Our people work in English, with more languages across the group — and quote requests answered within 1 business day.
Concept to first delivery
A line of plastic razor blades and holders for surfaces where metal would cause damage. After its 2019 rebrand, Scraperite chose Alcami as its turnkey manufacturer and moved production out of China — first delivery in 34 weeks, and seven products inside a year.
Read the Scraperite story →Customs clearances per day
A white-goods multinational in one of our export markets was processing around 30 customs clearances a day from local suppliers. Consolidating inbound deliveries through our warehouse cut that to two or three.

Working with Alcami is a smooth experience — from engineering & design, through to molding & mass production.

Thermoforming and injection molding are our two production processes, and both are supported in-house: we extrude our own sheet, design and CNC-machine our own molds, then finish with DI washing, assembly, welding and testing. Our Batangas plant runs thermoforming, sheet extrusion, film conversion, DI washing and assembly, backed by group injection molding, cleanroom production, CNC machining and tooling.
Injection molding suits small, precise parts at high volumes; thermoforming suits larger parts and faster, cheaper tooling. Because we run both, we recommend the process that genuinely fits your part rather than the one we happen to have free capacity on. Send the drawing and we will tell you which way we would go, and why.
Yes. Mold design, CAM programming and CNC machining all happen on our own floor, on our own equipment, by our own engineers — including the CNC knife bending we use to make thermoforming blades. When a first article needs a correction it becomes a job on our shop floor rather than a purchase order to another company.
Standard grades include PS/HIPS, PP, HDPE, PET/APET, PC, POM, PA and PMMA, plus TPU for overmolded parts, and we extrude PS, PP and HDPE sheet ourselves. We also offer bio-based, biodegradable and recycled grades, and our engineers will suggest options that lower the environmental load of your project.
Yes. The group is certified to ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 22000 for food safety, and cleanroom production and our own test lab sit behind those certificates rather than alongside them. Tell us what your qualification pack needs and we will send the certificate copies with it.
Yes. We mold and form in Class 10,000 / ISO 7 cleanrooms, wash parts with ultra-pure deionized water from our own DI plant, and can double-seal or vacuum-pack them for controlled environments. ISO 22000 covers food-contact work, and our in-house lab handles cleanliness and ESD testing for electronics. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm which plant would run your part.
MOQ is assessed per project. A promotional item, an electronics casing and a medical tray sit at very different volumes, and the process we would choose changes the answer again. Send the part and your target annual volume and we will quote against it.
